Weddings/Events are very special occasions. We would be more than delighted to plan your BIG DAY. There are a lot of components that go into planning a weddings/event. These components determine the amount it will cost to put a smile on your face and tears of joy in eyes. You would need to determine how simple, complex, detailed or dramatic you want your wedding/event to be. Some people love the simple "tables, chairs, dance floor" direction, some people love the dramatics of putting on "a production". To some people the cake is more important than the glasses the guest drink from. Some people just want it to be a big party. Start by asking yourself these questions, the answers will determine the direction we need to go in.

Being a wedding/event planner, we can be involved as much as you need us to be. We really make it a one stop shop. Although we have resources to do everything from a to z, some clients only need certain services. You tell us exactly what you need and we will ensure that it happens! Here is a list of things to consider when deciding on service:

  • Venue

  • Invitations

  • Catering

  • Drinks

  • Tables

  • Chairs

  • China/Glasses/Silverware

  • Centerpieces

  • Decor

  • Drapery

  • Lighting

  • Floral Arrangements

  • Favors

  • Red Carpets

  • Dance Floor

  • DJ/MC

  • Live Band

  • Photographer

  • Videographer

  • Servers

  • ETC

Don't get overwhelmed with this list, that is our job. We like to give clients a visual of the different components, so when it comes to budgeting, we know what's realistic. We would like to converse with you via phone or in person, just to have a conversation. The conversation is used for us, to hear in your voice, the vision that you have.

Also a few key factors to think about. Determine how big or small you want your wedding. How many people will be in your wedding party. The number in attendance wil be a major factor. Have you decided on a date? Is there a target budget you are looking to have?

When you are ready, we can schedule a meeting and further discuss more details.

We thank you again for considering Level V
